For example, using eco-friendly products, an extensive training process, keeping up to date information regarding safety regulations, providing protective equipment as needed, and following proper handling procedures.
Transparency regarding any additional services offered, such as deep cleaning, special treatments, or add-on tasks, along with corresponding pricing and terms. We always make an effort to provide the most efficient solutions, keeping client's goals/requests/budgets in mind. If anticipation of a large deviance in the original estimate is expected; prior to execution of such, clients can always request to be informed and consulted.
Airbnb Bookings: A minimum notice of 12 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments.
Residential Bookings: A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments.
In the event of a cancellation without meeting the minimum notice requirement or failure to confirm the appointment, a cancellation fee of 75 percent of the booking cost could incur.
Payment is due once the service is completed or most times for commercial/STR clientele, one week following the date of he invoice being issued. We accept cheque, credit card via secure online portal, e-transfer, payment through most banks as a bill payee, and cash.
We value our business relationships and strive to maintain transparent and fair payment practices. To ensure smooth transactions and foster a mutually beneficial partnership, we have established the following late payment policy:
First Occurrence:
For the first occurrence of late payment of invoices for recurring bookings, no late fee will be imposed.
Second Occurrence:
If payment of an invoice is late for more than 3 days for the second time, a late fee equivalent to 10% of the invoice cost will be incurred.
Third Occurrence:
In the event of a third occurrence of late payment; the outstanding invoice amount along with the 10% late fee must be cleared promptly. Additionally, a 50% deposit on any future bookings will be required for a period of one month.
Uncleared Invoices:
Failure to acknowledge or clear an outstanding invoice may result in the following actions: Pre-booked appointments are subject to cancellation without prior notice. Vacant time slots may be filled until an arrangement is made or the invoice is paid in full.
